Kenya Organic
Agriculture Network is a National non-governmental not-for-profit membership
organization. Its mandate is to coordinate, facilitate and provide leadership
and professional advisory services to all members and stakeholders in the areas
of production, technical training, marketing, certification and policy issues
in organic Agriculture.
Vision: A vibrant organic agriculture industry that contributes
to a healthy environment, livelihood improvement, food security and responsive
to a growing consumer market
Mission: To coordinate, facilitate and provide leadership and
professional services to all members and other stakeholders in the organic
agriculture sector.
Goal: To develop key competencies, skills and strategies
in the areas of organic agriculture production, marketing, certification and
standards, training, extension and information, networking, policy and
advocacy.
